Returns and Refunds Policy
At Yorven , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You have up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
2. Product Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns of damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Include your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will then provide instructions for shipping the product.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Products
No returns are accepted for sale items, personalized items or personal hygiene items (e.g., opened or used products).
6. Return Shipments
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of proven manufacturing error or defect.
